Egg Salad

Soft boil eggs so yellow is not runny but not hard.

While eggs are cooking, dice pickle into small pieces.

Mix pickle juice and mustard

Add dill weed, salt and pepper to taste.

Spread on lettuce leaf and enjoy.


• 6 Soft boiled eggs

• half of dill pickle (diced)

• 1/4 cup dill pickle juice

• 1 Tbsp Gulden’s mustard

• 1/2 tsp (or more if you like) dried dill weed

• salt

• pepper
